Free noncommercial test environment
Terms of Use
Version: terms-dev-2026-09-22-v1
Version date: 22 September 2026
1. The test environment and its operator
ХобиХъб at https://dev.hobbyhub.bg is an entirely free, noncommercial DEV test provided by the individual Stoyan Stoyanov. For questions about the test and your account, contact 100yan40@gmail.com. These terms apply only to this test environment.
2. Creating an account and signing in
You can start with your own Google account without an existing ХобиХъб account or individual approval. On your first visit, choose a display name and accept these terms after reading the Privacy Policy. Later sign-ins with the same Google account use the same ХобиХъб account. Do not share someone else’s access or impersonate another person.
3. Your name and permissions
Your chosen name may be visible to other participants and organizers within the relevant feature. Your email is not your public name. Google sign-in does not verify age or automatically grant organization, editorial or moderation permissions. Access to each feature depends on your current permissions and account state.
4. Taking part in the test
The environment is under development. Features may change or become temporarily unavailable. Do not use the test as the only storage for important information. Do not upload other people’s personal data or sensitive information that the feature does not need. Use the serviced contact address to report a problem.
5. Your content
You keep the rights to your content. You grant only the permission needed to store, process and display it for the ХобиХъб features you choose to use. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission for unrelated commercial use. Respect other people’s rights and the privacy of non-public meeting places and routes.
6. Events, routes and safety
An event organizer is responsible for the information they provide and their permitted organizational actions. ХобиХъб does not become the organizer simply by hosting the event. Maps, routes and forecasts provide supporting information that may be inaccurate or outdated. Check actual conditions and your own preparation. ХобиХъб is not a rescue or emergency service; use the appropriate services in an emergency.
7. Prohibited conduct and reports
Do not bypass access or security checks, publish unlawful content, misuse others’ data or disrupt the service. A structured event reporting form is available at /en/report. For a matter the form does not cover, or if you cannot access your account, contact 100yan40@gmail.com. A report is a claim to be reviewed, not an automatic finding of a violation.
8. Restrictions and questions about decisions
Account or content restrictions may be applied for violations or security risks. Moderation decisions are made by people. The available interface may provide information and a reconsideration option; if access is suspended, use the contact email. These terms do not limit your mandatory legal rights.
9. Ending your participation
You can sign out and stop taking part at any time. For account closure or a request about your data, contact 100yan40@gmail.com. There is no automatic one-click deletion feature. Signing out ends the current session; it does not by itself delete your account or its history.
10. Version and changes
The version shown on this page is recorded when you create your account. A material change is published as a new version; previously accepted text is not silently rewritten. Bulgarian and English are localizations of the same version with the same date.
